Showing Agent Relationships

Get useful feedback, keep the seller informed, and build relationships with cooperating agents.

Additional Implementation Guidance: Proposed HomeRun 360 Platform Strategy

What

A consistent way to track showings, request feedback, and reconnect when something changes.

Why

Feedback guides the seller's decisions. Agents bring buyers to listing agents they trust.

Who

Cooperating agents who showed or asked about the home.

When

Within 24 hours of each showing and after any meaningful property update.

How

  1. 1Track every actual showing: date, agent, brokerage.
  2. 2Request feedback professionally within 24 hours. One follow-up if no reply.
  3. 3Group feedback into themes: price, condition, layout, location, photos.
  4. 4Report relevant feedback to the seller in the weekly update.
  5. 5Reconnect after a real update (price, improvement, new event).
  6. 6Keep it constructive. Never ask for confidential buyer information.
